Can I use tallow balm on my face?
Yes! We’ve deliberately kept our Original Tallow Balm super simple with only three ingredients, and our Honey Tallow Balm has only five ingredients so that you don’t have to worry about reacting to any harsh chemicals on your face.
Will tallow balm clog pores?
It shouldn't! Tallow balm is non-comedogenic, meaning it does not clog pores. It's composition is similar to the natural oils in our skin, making it unlikely to cause breakouts.
How should I store my tallow balm?
It's best to store in a cool (below 30°c), dry place, away from direct sunlight. Don't worry if it softens; it's normal for natural fats to melt when warmed, but you can restore it by cooling it down again.
Can tallow balm help with eczema and psoriasis?
If you're been struggling with skin issues, we know how frustrating it is! That's why we deliberately formulated our Original Tallow Balm with just three gentle ingredients known to soothe dry, irritated skin and support the skin’s natural healing process. It's worth checking out our Honey Tallow Balm which is rich in anti-inflammatory properties too. However, it's always best to consult with a healthcare professional.
Where should I use tallow balm in my skincare routine?
We recommend using it on clean skin, so typically after washing your face. It's best to apply when your skin is still slightly damp to lock in all that moisture.
Is tallow balm safe for children or babies?
Yes, our balms have simple and natural ingredients that are generally non-reactive. These ingredients are a gentle option for soothing dry or irritated skin, but a patch test is always recommended.
Is whipped tallow suitable for facial use?
While whipped tallow is beneficial for the skin, it’s best to use a lighter balm specifically formulated for the face to avoid clogging pores. We recommend our Original Tallow Balm or Honey Tallow Balm for moisturising the face.
What’s the difference between tallow balm and whipped tallow?
Tallow balm typically has a thicker, denser consistency. Whipped tallow is lighter and airier, making it easier to apply.

Shipping times are at the mercy of Australia Post’s schedules and zones. Our delivery estimates are usually pretty accurate, but please do allow for a little wiggle room!

Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to Australia, New Zealand, US/Canada and UK/Europe. Although, we try to accommodate everyone so if you are not in one of these countries, don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Care Team and we will try and get our goodies to you!

RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
Change of Mind
Changed your mind? No worries, we’ve got you! You have 14 days from when that package hits your doorstep to decide if it's right for you. But here’s the deal – the goodies need to be unopened, unused, and still in their original packaging.
To kick off your return, just shoot an email to our friendly Customer Care Team with your name and order number. We'll look after you!
Heads up: We will happily refund returned goods, but since you’re calling the shots, it's your shout for the return postage!
Damaged Goods
If you're goodies arrived looking like they've been in a few rounds of a boxing match (ie. broken or damaged), don’t stress! Just give our Customer Care Team a shout within 7 days (and send us some pics for proof), and we’ll make things right.
Once we've received proof, we'll resend the order that same day - if it's still daylight of course. You might even receive an extra little something for all the hassle you've gone through!
Do you offer international returns?
Yes, we do! However, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping for any international orders unless the goods are damaged on arrival.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Things move pretty quickly on our end. Orders are typically sent either the day of ordering or the following business day so we unfortunately aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact our Customer Care Team with your order info immediately and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed.
